Us ordinary folk have to play by life’s rules, putting others before our dreams, working in a job that is less than inspiring or stressful, & try to navigate intimate relationships so we can feel loved & accepted, sometimes at the expense of our own needs…

Yes, I’ve been there….   

Hitting the snooze button every morning because I resented going to an executive job that stressed me out but paid the mortgage and kept me & my family alive!

I had constantly put the needs of my family over my own, thinking that was what I was supposed to do, not registering that my needs were important too!

From the outside it looked like I had a perfect life but I felt unfulfilled, frustrated & guilty because I should have been happy….

Why wasn’t I?

My own evolution had come to a complete halt until I made the decision to put myself as a high priority too. This took risking existing relationships & lots of courage! But it allowed me to self reflect, identify what I needed and fully take charge of my life!

All of us have experienced needing approval from others &/or experiencing cycles of self-defeating thoughts and behaviours that have diminished our confidence, resiliency & ability to connect with others.

But we all have the capacity to grow & transform our lives into something we love!
