What you get when you work with me…
Because coaching is designed to change lives & this takes time and effort, I recommend, at the very least, a 3-month minimum coaching service agreement. For this reason, I do not offer one off sessions.
The agreement is developed during our free 30-minute discovery session. This includes a schedule about the frequency of sessions & the length. Cost of the coaching package is determined by these factors.
All sessions are done mostly via face to face Skype or Google Meet. These can vary between 15-50 minutes. The coaching packages includes unlimited email contact.
As we are all on our own unique life journey, I consider your schedule, history, life goals, strengths & fears when putting a plan together.
The first part of coaching involves some inner work, assessing & transforming you & your partner’s beliefs that can block you from going for your dream goals. We work through what feels right for you & your situation, not what others or society thinks you should do. We work on some stress management skills so you can feel in charge within this process.
We begin to create a roadmap for your own personal definition of relationship and life success, including goal setting, milestones, self-care breaks, monthly planning and accountability. And within all this, we develop together a self-love and self-care system for you that provides a manageable framework that gives you permission to honour yourself – an essential part of creating a life you love!
